An Exercise for Experiencing Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or ADHD

If you want another experience of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or ADHD and can create the opportunity, get into groups of 5-6 participants. To start, each participant takes 1-2 minutes to list about 10 simple nouns or actions on a sheet of paper. Hopefully, the words on each sheet will be somewhat different. The words should be words like: book, rain, run, swim, rock, man, child, cry, laugh, horse, etc. Designate three of the participants as "touchers". The most common ADD Behavioral Symptoms usually are: hyperactivity, impulsiveness, distractibility, disorganization, forgetfulness, and/or procrastination. Other behaviors may come up, such as talking too fast or not ...<< MORE >>

Behavioral Symptoms, and Limiting Beliefs. This article is part 1 of 3, and is written for those who already have an understanding of NLP and EFT. To find out more about either of these topics go to www.nlpok.com. Part 1 - Emotions One of the debilitating characteristics of A.D.D. is the severe emotions that the A.D.D. symptoms generate in the individual and in others. Many ...<< MORE >>
